Salary Cap Rules
- The salary cap limit is 70 million. No team may go over this to sign a free agent, or rookie, or resign a player.

- We are cap rounding to the nearest hundred thousand, so if the salary is 12.465M it is 12.5M
- Any option is a team option, but Qualifying Offers are NOT options and result in free agency
- If you decide you do not want a player, you must post it in dropped players( If you drop a player after free agency a penalty must be paid to the sum of half the salary of dropped player).
