ESPN FORMAT
NBA CHAMPIONSHIP will be using ESPN fantasy basketball as the league's host.
- There will be two leagues on the site:
Western Conference and Eastern Conference.
- Each conference will consist of three divisions:
Western:
- Pacific Division - Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors, Phoenix Suns
- Northwest Division - Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz , Minnesota Timberwolves, Portland Trailblazers, Oklahoma City Thunder
- Southwest Division - San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, Dallas Mavericks, New Orleans Hornets
Eastern
- Atlantic Division - Boston Celtics, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, Toronto Raptors
- Central Division - Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Detroit Pistons, Indiana Pacers, Milwaukee Bucks
- Southeast Division - Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Bobcats, Miami Heat, Orlando Magic, Washington Wizards
PLAYOFFS
The top 8 teams from each conference will enter the playoffs. The seeding rules will be real similar to the actual NBA. Division winners will get the top 3 spots with the other 5 being the next highest winning percentage teams in the conference. The last two teams standing from each conference will face off in The Final.
- Both leagues will operate separately during the year and the playoffs until we go to our NBA CHAMPIONSHIP Finals.
- On ESPN, all owners will have full control of their teams. You will able to adjust your roster/line ups at anytime you want.
- We will still be using 'Pro Boards' as our main league site. All master rosters/salaries and transactions will still take place here.
